Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate notification with tracking details.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and DHL
- Estimated delivery time: 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive the tracking email immediately, please don’t worry—your order is still being processed and will be delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
Shipping Schedule
In some cases, orders may also be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
For returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product.
Item Not Received
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Please contact the courier partner directly using your tracking details
- As the shipment is handled by the carrier after dispatch, delivery issues are best resolved with them
