Refund policy

At Cervia, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. As our products are consumable, this policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.

Returns

Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our products, Cervia does not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered, except in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged, leaking, tampered, expired, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Request includes clear photos and order ID for verification

Please note:
We are unable to accept returns or replacements based on personal preferences, dietary choices (vegetarian/non-vegetarian), or medical conditions.

In eligible cases, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days

Returns Not Accepted For

To maintain hygiene and product safety, returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., selecting sachets instead of boxes)
  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Products delivered in proper condition without any issues

Cancellations & Order Modifications

Before Shipping

You may cancel or modify your order:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order, or
  • Before the order is shipped (whichever is earlier)

After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled or modified
  • Refusing delivery or non-acceptance may impact your eligibility for Cash on Delivery (COD) in future orders

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • It may take 7–14 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
  • Logistics charges (up to ₹300) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to Cervia (e.g., damaged or incorrect product)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images along with your order ID
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, based on your preference

  • Review product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information carefully
  • If you have allergies or medical conditions, please consult your doctor before use
  • If unsure about product variants (e.g., sachets vs boxes), feel free to contact us before ordering
